We’ve been working with Tri State Honey, a bulk honey wholesaler / importer based out of New Jersey, USA, since April 2024.
When we started: They didn’t have a leads database, so we used our custom-built Google Maps web scraping tool to extract a list of 1,397 food distributors and other businesses, and organized it onto Google Sheets. They didn’t have a dialer, so we helped them purchase a phone number with “HONEY” in the digits, for that extra buzz when telling prospects the callback number, and to allow our team to call businesses using a VOIP (Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol) computer-based solution. We configured the dialer so that when prospects call the number back, they can either press “1” to leave a voicemail, or “0” to call the CEO, with the CEO’s phone ringing as if the “HONEY” number was calling him with his iPhone having that number as an emergency contact so it always rings no matter what. Their logo was bad, so we combined AI and open-source editing software to make them the logo you see above. We use Google Sheets and Google Docs as our initial outreach CRM (Customer-Relationship-Management) solution and ClickUp as a more advanced CRM after getting the purchasing manager’s email or further interest. We wrote the script and email sequences ourselves. We then send emails out to interested prospects, arranging for samples to be sent to the decision makers directly.
We secure more interested leads every month than the previous sales representative had gotten in an entire year. We’re good at what we do. We’re the Greatest Of All Time: the G.O.A.T.
